The bar area had a great happy hour and live music, making for a fun atmosphere. The bathroom layout was tight and the shower pressure was low.

Rooms were clean and comfortable. Loved the karaoke nights in the lounge. Parking was a hassle and the breakfast could be better.

I felt like a kid again exploring the sunny outdoor pool and enjoying live entertainment! The staff was super friendly and accommodating, making us feel right at home. Plus, the breakfast was a delightful start to our days!
Do recommend! 🥳❤️

Housekeeping was on point every day and always stocked up on towels. The shuttle service to the Plaza was a lifesaver with friendly drivers!
It was a bit pricey, but you get what you pay for!

comfortable room, comfortable breakfast with a decent variety of food options and a convenient location close to restaurants and the Square.
Everything was flawless.

Great parking right by the room and the choice of bottom or top floor was a nice touch. Breakfast stole the show—huge selection and Jason made it special with his warmth! Shuttle drivers were friendly and knowledgable, which helped us navigate the tricky parking situation downtown. no hot water during our stay was a major letdown, and we left early as a result. The cleanliness left something to be desired; a dirty washcloth behind the door wasn’t ideal. On top of that, a theft on the patio marred the experience. There’s potential here but some improvements are needed.

This hotel is perfectly situated just a few steps from Railyard Park and the vibrant Railyard Arts District, making it incredibly easy to stroll around and soak up the local culture, while attractions like the New Mexico Museum of Art, Santa Fe Plaza, and the Georgia O'Keeffe Museum are all within less than a 2-kilometer radius, ensuring a short walking distance to numerous landmarks and eateries; the comfortable rooms and breakfast add to the overall wonderful experience, but it would be nice to have a more organized housekeeping service.

Breakfast is a feast for the eyes and taste buds every morning. Location is super convenient, close to Whole Foods and just a stroll from the center.
Service in the restaurant leaves much to be desired.

Great location. Close to the State Capitol and just a pleasant walk to the City Center. The room was spacious and warm, with clean linens. Breakfast was a welcome surprise—decent coffee and fresh eggs. check-in was chaotic and disorganized; staff appeared distracted. A queen bed that sloped and a gap in the door leading outside were minor inconveniences. We enjoyed the live bluegrass band at the small bar, but the pool felt overcrowded. The experience was marred by poor communication regarding our extended stay and an unfortunate incident where our room was entered prematurely. While the staff could improve their approachability, the renovations underway are promising. Plenty of potential here.

The Sage Hotel offers generous room sizes and a superb location within walking distance of the plaza and farmers market. The full breakfast was delicious, and the staff were exceptionally helpful, making our stay enjoyable despite minor noise issues. A lovely spot for a short getaway!

Had a great time during my weekend getaway. The breakfast was tasty with freshly cooked eggs, potatoes, sausage, and gravy. The location was convenient, within walking distance of a good restaurant and near the main plaza. The shuttle service to the plaza was a nice touch, as parking in the area can be difficult.
Some aspects could be improved. The rooms lacked comfortable seating, and housekeeping services were inadequate.

I walked into the room, and it was a disaster—feces all over the toilet and floor, and they couldn’t move me. I was already exhausted and had to find another place to crash at 10:30 PM. What a nightmare!

The room featured great air conditioning with a constant fan option, perfect for maintaining comfort during warm nights. the pillows were lumpy and hard, leading to less restful sleep. The blackout shade worked well alongside the curtains, effectively blocking out light. Noise transmission from adjacent rooms was a downside; every movement above was clearly audible. The decor had potential, but some elements felt worn, like the old couch. Housekeeping arrived earlier than anticipated, which was a bit disruptive. The overall cleanliness was acceptable, but some pillowcases had stains that could be improved.

Super convenient breakfast, pool, and restaurant/bar. Loved the breakfast options and entertainment at the bar. Room had good storage space and counters. The check-in/out process was a breeze, and the location was about a mile from downtown Santa Fe. Had a bad encounter with rude check-in staff, and unexpected charges not clearly communicated.
Some parts of the hotel felt a bit worn down, like a motel. The shuttle wasn't available when needed, and the parking area wasn't cleared of snow and ice, which made driving challenging.

My friends and I had a blast exploring secret passages and climbing walls in a multi-dimensional house nearby. We also danced the night away to live flamenco and jazz music at a nearby venue. The energy and passion were electrifying!

We explored secret passages, climbed walls, and discovered portals to imaginative worlds. We were thrilled by the live entertainment at El Mesón, from fiery flamenco to soulful blues!
My children wanted more kid-friendly activities on-site.

i had a wonderful experience at Sage. the room was cozy and the bed was comfortable. the property had a nice New Mexican style decor, and the grounds were well-kept. the location was super convenient, within walking distance to great tourist spots. the breakfast had a vast selection of options, and the staff, especially Jason, was friendly and caring.
nothing, all was good 😊

Great location and nice breakfast. Older rooms need more updates and cleaner bathrooms.

Couldn't recommend more.

Fully compliant with safety standards. A day trip is a museum extravaganza. Awesome experience at the Concept of Caring. Ready to hit the slopes soon. O'Keeffe's art is inspiring. Social Kitchen + Bar is a must!
Who doesn't love a room with worn carpet, roaches, and a bad odor? .

Just wanted to share my thoughts on my recent stay at The Sage Inn. The room we stayed in was overall clean, but I did notice the lack of fruit options during breakfast, which was a bit disappointing. I also wished for healthier breakfast choices like plain scrambled eggs without cheese. Another thing that bothered me was the noise level in the hotel - I could hear everything happening in the neighboring rooms, and that made me feel a bit paranoid about privacy. The bathroom could definitely do with a renovation too. On the bright side, the breakfast staff was super attentive, and the location of the hotel was convenient for exploring the area on foot. The amenities in the room were sufficient, and I appreciated how clean it was kept. The issue with being wrongly charged for a bar/restaurant tab was a major letdown. It took multiple attempts and involvement from different staff members to rectify the situation, which was frustrating. The room itself felt outdated and in need of some maintenance, especially with poor plumbing and a shower that didn't work well. The check-in process was efficient, but the staff seemed bothered when I requested a room change due to an injury, which wasn't the most pleasant experience. The hardwood floors in the room got dirty quickly, and it would have been helpful to have small brooms available. The bed was comfortable, but the pedestal was noisy with minimal movement, and there was no clock in the room. the hotel staff was quick to address issues like missing items in the room and provided great service when needed. The breakfast, although a bit bland, had a decent variety to choose from, and the surrounding area had some nice bakeries to check out. On the downside, I was surprised by the inconsistent billing rates for different nights, and the undisclosed resort fees were a letdown, especially when no exclusive resort offerings were available during my stay. The parking situation was a bit sketchy, with minimal lighting in certain areas, and cleanliness was a major concern with finding a used condom under the bed and stains on the sheets.

Our early check-in was delayed due to computer issues, but the friendly staff made up for it with excellent service. The park in the back was perfect for walking our pet. Despite some minor inconveniences, our clean and updated room made our stay comfortable. I'll recommend this hotel.

The Sage Hotel provided a comfortable and newly remodeled room for a great price. The staff was friendly and helpful, offering early check-in and clear instructions. The location was excellent, with easy access to restaurants and attractions. The continental breakfast, while not truly free, had a decent selection of warm food. a fantastic choice for a quick night's sleep.
Small rooms and a lackluster breakfast.
